Codfather - Highland

I ordered a black pudding supper expecting Stornoway black pudding but was disappointed to find it was not authentic. The black pudding was over spiced, dry, and tasted artificial. I was not impressed and felt deceived by the false advertising. The chips were decent though.

Placed order online to pick up at specified time. Arrived on time to be told '5 minutes til chips ready@ OK , no problem. Waited for over 20 minutes with walk in orders being produced before mine. Fish and chips average, curry sauce awful. Think I 'll need to find a new chippy.

Fish was as rubbery as a Michelin tyre. Chips were foul. It was £2.30 for curry sauce....I mean **** I ate a quarter and swiftly slid it in the bin. Never ever again.

I went to Max2 today and ordered the Max2 special burger. When I received my food, the meat was overcooked and dry, tasting like rubber. When I complained, they said it was freshly cooked and showed me pre-cooked burgers in a book, claiming they only heat them up to order. I have been a customer for years, but I will not be returning. You have lost a regular customer.

I ordered a lamb doner and was disappointed. The bread was dry and the lamb didn't taste right. It seemed like the food was just thrown together carelessly in a container, with sauce covering everything. This restaurant is a complete disappointment.
