I have been ordering from this store for delivery for over a year. They are 2.5 miles away. Today the manager told me the jj App said they are too far away and won't deliver to glencoe. Horrible horrible customer service.

Terrible service!!!!! Guys started speaking in Spanish not knowing I understand what they were saying!! Took the guy about 2 minutes to acknowledge me and than proceeded to give me attitude!! Even started speaking Spanish about me not knowing I understood what he was saying!! This place has the worst employees so don't waste ur time and money at this place

I always enjoy Jimmy John's, but I wouldn't recommend this particular location if you're in a rush. The sandwich makers here were the slowest I've ever encountered at a Jimmy John's.
