Culver’s - Highland

Since I moved to neighborhood this location was my favorite spot to order food. Now is Saturday 04/06/2024 9.30pm , I placed order online for curbside pickup. Showed up on time and texted “here” after 10min waiting, walked in to see what is the status of my order. My order was on the shelf and 4 members were joking around, I asked why they didn’t brought my order and get answer that kitchen was busy. I pick up my order sandwiches were half warm and fries were missing. I don’t know what happened, this location was very good and on time. Tonight I was very disappointed with my experience.

Literally the nicest people that work at this Culver’s location. The costumer service goes such a long way. Thank you to the employees and managers that help promote this. You all are killing it. Seriously. We, the customers, appreciate it so much.

Drive-thru staff is pleasant and repeats the order to ensure it's correct. The food is always fresh, hot, and tasty, too! My only concern is the tartar sauce. On Wednesday, 4/34/24 around 7pm my husband and I visited, and he ordered cod, and got some tartar sauce. When we got home he started to eat it and then he said that it tasted funny, so he left it be. Later on that night around 2:00 in the morning he was really warm and was sweating, but did not know what was the issue. By 6:00 a.m. the next morning, he was vomiting and had diarrhea. Classic signs of food poisoning. By the end of the next day he was okay. I'm not sure if someone left the sauce sitting out, or what happened, and I'm not telling anyone not to visit this location, but please be careful if you're getting tartar sauce, coleslaw, or anything of that nature..Parking: If you go on a Friday night or weekend when it's busy, you'll be circling the lot waiting for a space to open.

I come to this location,and this location ONLY.I am here a couple times a week.I always special order my food and they always get it right.I am always served with a smile even though I special order my food late at night.I'm not sure of everyones' names,but they are all great,especially Angel, who has very good customer service skills.One of my go-to spots...and I don't have many!!
