Marco's Pizza - Highland

I ordered pizzas recently and was told their system was recently updated and there was no option for coupons currently for call in orders. However, since I was ordering from on the road I was told the price would be adjusted when I got there no problem, they promised. I walked in to pick up my pizza's and the clerk gave me the price without the coupon and had no idea how to credit for a coupon and I was told $40 plus and could not get the $25.99 coupon deal. I told her my phone order said I could have the price corrected in-store but they were clueless and basically said they could not sell me the pizza's. I was one of their first customers when they opened many many years ago and this was so heartbreaking to be sent off without care with no pizzas; pizzas that were already made but because they could not problem solve the promised coupon price . I did not get my family's dinner after a very difficult evening. I never had a problem with so many years being a customer. I called Pizza Hut and ordered within a few minutes, was treated with respect at Pizza Hut and got their promotion. Our food was delicious from Pizza Hut and my family was able to eat and me rest after a medical situation. Thank you Pizza Hut for saving the evening after the heartbreak at Marcos Pizza.

The food here is always hot when delivered. The driver is always polite. I've never had a bad experience with any of Marco's employees. Delivery is fast, which is great. Parking: The parking lot is very big considering it used to share a lot with a business that is no longer there, so there's plenty of places to park. Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza, and if not they have chicken nugget bites or sandwiches, salads and cheesy bread. Everything is delicious.

I have had their pizza before and was always pleased, this one was not that great.
