The Green Witch - Highland

I had the vegan grilled cheese and my wife had a pack of pasta salad. Everything was great.

I would have got 5 stars if I could! I have the green sandwitch with one side pasta salad. The sandwich was a huge chickpea salad sandwich and it was loaded with green and tomatoes. The pasta salad was very tasteful with tons of vegetables.

Discover thru Door Dash. Has many vegan options that make it harder to choose, but with my 1st choice, put the green sandwich. Hearty, including avocado. Added her giardiniera it was delicious. Was pleasantly surprised chips were sweet potato chips. Good place for everyone. Teen had the Sicilian panini sandwich of the tropikal smoothie. She loved both. Will definitely come back! The vegetables were fresh. I order the chocolate quinoa salad, vegan flatbread with vegetables and hummus and inflammatory drink. Boy was good. The owner offered me water while I was prepared for the food. I've got trouble going, so the cashier wore my order to the car. Good quality is everything.

This is a great little spot. The sunshine smoothie was awesome. The GreenWitch was hearty and tasty. And the service and atmosphere were ideal.
