I’ve been coming to Highlands since the 80’s but for whatever reason I never knew about this place until we took a short cut the town. Kelly and the staff were delightful. The food was amazing. It was so good we made reservations for the next three weekends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Charming small restaurant with indoor and patio dining. Excellent dishes at realistic prices. Great trout, scallops, lamb chops. Start with fried oysters. Not a good meal. Two saladsadded a chicken breast to one of the salads. Ordered sweet tea to drink. $64 before a tip! Asked why the 6oz chicken breast was a $28.95 up charge.the manager laughed at us and said, “you’re in Highlands!” I really prefer only giving local restaurants good reviews but this needed to be shared out. My favorite restaurant in the Highlands area! I love the flavor of the shrimp and grits! Try the mud pie! It's fantastic!
