Rita's Italian Ice - Highspire

I just got home with my Italian ice topped with custard, and I have to say, the custard was gritty and curdled. It's really unpleasant, and I'm upset that I didn't taste it before leaving. Otherwise, I would have asked for a refund.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The service was terrible, and the staff had bad attitudes. Just three minutes after placing my order, I encountered Sarah, who was extremely rude. It seems like the employees here haven’t received any proper training, and there's a lack of accountability from Rita's Italian Ice. I absolutely love Rita's, but unfortunately, I will be taking my business to a different location in the future.

I arrived just before closing time and waited at the window for about two minutes. By the time I checked my phone, it was 8:59. The girl working saw me but pulled down the blinds as if she didn’t notice I was there waiting to place an order. I won’t be returning. I don’t support businesses where employees ignore customers.
