Mangiamo Wood Fired Pizza - Hill City

I am Italian and this is a disgrace to Italian food., I dont even think the owner is Italian, his name is Russ Leatherman does not sound Italian to me lol he doesnt even have a vowel at the end of his name. The red sauce is watered down and he serves chicken parmesan that tastes like it came out of a box., Stouffers has better italian food than this and that is not saying much. The food is also overpriced. One other thing I forgot to mentiom I would be cautious using your credit card at this location the point of sale system they use is not secure and my credit card information was compromised I had to go through a night mare to get things straight with my card.Also after reading other reviews it seems like this place is racist, if I owned a restaurant everyone is served and welcomed no matter what. Why would anyone go to a restaurant or any business who is racist.

After being seated and having drink and pizza order taken, about 10 minutes later the waitress informed us that according to her manager they are only accepting cash payment and asked if that was okay. I said that it was not okay, I was told to go across the street and use the ATM at the Exxon station. I asked if they would comp my out of network ATM fees they said no. Pizza was comparable to a frozen food section reheated pizza.

Great pizza. Good service. We'll be back next time we're in town.

Pizza was OK. Wouldn't drive all the way to Hill City, though for it and for wood fire pizza, I would have thought the service would have been quicker.Really need to do a little remodeling. The booth i sat in had a dip in it. Very uncomfortable.

Disappointed. Website showed they served pastas. Family was really hoping to try something different other than pizza. Cook was gone on vacation. No one else could cook pasta. Pizza ordered for older kids came out before our small kids' personal pan pizzas. Other than that, pizza was tasty.
