Had a hair in my steak. Tock back and wonted new plate tock to long everyone well and truly finished meal so before it was brought out I said I wonted to cancel as every one ready to leave and didn't won't to eat alone. The worse thing was going to pay I got abuse from front of house staff which i didn't won't to argue so walked of after paying partners than 2 other staff came outside screaming at me and my family than accusing me of putting the hair there and wouldn't stop yelling at us . Was so shocked at customer service was so appalling that they had the nerve to harrase us like that which I had my frail mum with me to . I never seen such unprofessional customer service in my life. Never going back and would not recommend.
