Staff were extremely helpful and I was impressed by how vigilant they were a clearing away and at wiping down food surfices as soon as each customer left as well which in the light of recent troubles is very reassuring . Would deffo recommend if flying from terminal 3 .
Came here as the restaurants I wanted to go to were either before security or had not yet opened (despite the information on the heathrow website). My review is for the terminal 5 restaurant. Service was quick and my waitress Anna was very attentive and fantastic. Waiters were constantly checking on you which was nice as you never had to struggle to get anyone's attention or worry about time. I had the beetroot risotto and chocolate fondant. The food was average, not necessarily anything I'd die to come back for but nor would I avoid the place like the plague either. I liked that there were charging points at nearly every table so you could charge your phone or work on your laptop, etc.
Attended for breakfast before an early flight and was not disappointed. Smashed avocado with poached egg and a champagne cocktail. Delicious! Reasonable pricing and service.
Amazing food, quick service, fantastic chef Lucas and great staff, and Corina was amazing . Great layout of the restaurant.
Oriel is always a must stop when passing through Terminal 3, Heathrow. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Servers are knowledgeable and helpful. There are lovely comfortable booths and you never feel rushed. There's a gluten free menu too. On a particularly nasty February day, a bowl of potato leek soup was especially reviving. Served with a generous helping of gf bread, it left me with enough appetite for dessert. Cremè caramel, delicious! Highly recommended.
