Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse

Upon entering, the restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the staff is friendly. However, my server seemed unprofessional and gave the impression that they didn't want to be there. The meat was tasty, but the mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like they came from a box. Overall, it didn't feel like the meal was worth the price I paid, even with the salad bar included.

Absolutely delicious! The meats are truly exceptional and incredibly flavorful. The desserts are simply outstanding. Natalia is an amazing food artist. I was pleasantly surprised to see the turtle alongside my turtle cheesecake. I will definitely be returning!

This was our first and last visit to the restaurant. After a long drive to Hilton Head, we were excited to enjoy a meal, and when we arrived, our server asked us how we preferred our steaks cooked. We clearly requested them Medium Rare. The first bite we had was perfectly cooked, but after that, we were quickly served five additional pieces of meat in succession. Each piece was cut individually before cooking, so we couldn’t tell how they had been prepared. To our surprise, each one was well done. We reiterated our preference for Medium Rare, but our plates just kept piling up with overcooked meat. Frustrated, we decided to speak with the manager in hopes of resolving the issue. However, we were met with a rude and unprofessional response despite our attempts to be polite and explain our situation. The manager dismissed our concerns, claiming we had wasted their meat as he tossed the plates aside. I would not recommend this place.

The food was Fantastic but the service was even better. Lori the manager, Kiara the server, and cooks/Gauchos Tyler and William were very attentive. They were short staffed but didn’t miss a beat to make sure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. My wife and I live merely an hour away and will come back regularly, the food and staff are amazing.Mark and Jennifer

Do yourself a favor and visit the Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse in Hilton Head! The food was absolutely AMAZING~everything we tasted melted in our mouths! The service was unmatched~the staff truly cared about you made sure we received everything cooked to our liking. Absolutely the BEST meal we’ve enjoyed in Hilton Head!Highly recommend Cowboy’s especially for a special occasion….they can easily handle large crowds with ease, even on New Years!!!!
