Steak was good, but one was seldom boiled to medium, a steak ordered medium was well boiled, and dry. Portion size was small for cost. 1 small pots of potatoes and steaks were not excessively large. Plates were huge to make the meal look even smaller. The biggest problem was with the service. Reservation on 8pm but had to wait almost 20 minutes before he sat. Then it took 10-15 before beverage orders arrived. Almost 2 1/2 hours for a steak dinner at the Prime Restaurant. Service was substandard, steaks were decent, portion sizes did not match the price. Over $300 for a family of four.

The service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Today's catch was good. The chicken was dry. The tourist tax was high.

Excellent service and food was fantastic. We will definitely be back again.

Excellent steaks (filet and ribeye), curvy temperature and seasoned perfectly.

We ate at HH Prime last night and it was great. The restaurants ambiance is good, our service was outstanding, and both of our steaks were cooked perfectly. Only downside was it was a bit pricey but it was a great dinner. Thnks HH Prime!
