Incredible vegan donuts! They are absolutely delicious and come with a variety of customizable options. Just make sure to place your order via email the night before, as by 8:30 AM, most of the ones they prepared for the store were already sold out. Their soymilk lattes were also quite good.

As someone who is gluten-free and often finds it challenging to locate truly delicious desserts that are also fresh, I can confidently say this place hits the mark. I ordered a half dozen custom donuts with various combinations, and each one was delightful. I visit Hilton Head Island every year, and this will definitely be a regular stop for me from now on!

What a charming little bakery and coffee shop! We've been vacationing on the island for four years and have only just discovered this gem. It was the owner who warmly welcomed me this morning and took the time to explain all the desserts. The entire staff was incredibly friendly too! Everything was fresh and simply delicious! We will definitely be returning soon!

The best bakery I?ve been to! Bernie opened her doors with a smile, and from the moment she announced the menu her customers saw her passion on display! Her baked goods were delicious. She?s truly a kind soul with incredible talent. The brownie was the bestdessert I?ve tasted. Bernie?s staff is efficient and hardworking. It was refreshing to see a group of teenagers supporting herand working so hard! Bernie worked through the night to prepare goods for the next day, and it?s clear she cares deeply abouther work. Get there early because she will sell out, but you won?t find a better person than Bernie or a better bakery than ThePurple Cow. It?s going to be a tradition on our HHI trips!

Every time we are in Hilton Head we go to the Purple Cow! Both the kids and adults look forward to all the delicious treats. We get one of everything because we have never been disappointed and don?t want to miss out on a new creation. My favorites are thecinnamon roll and the salted caramel cinnamon roll. I love them so much I had them shipped to me for my birthday; it was soworth it too! I recommend this place to all my friends, family and acquaintances that say they are visiting the island. Get inearly because it?s so yummy they sell out fast each day. Also you can place an order the day before via email which comes inhandy if you are the bunch that likes to sleep in.
