Zaxby's - Hilton Head

I had one of my best experiences at a Zaxby’s recently. The manager, Rod, was incredibly supportive, especially with a new employee who had just started 45 minutes before we arrived. Despite placing a substantial order, everything was handled perfectly, and Rod made sure the new employee got it all right. Rod was not only friendly and helpful, but his entire team was excellent as well. Thank you, Rod, for your outstanding service!

The food is consistently excellent! The staff are good, but my only issue is the wait time. This place has been around for a while. Once you're in the drive-thru line, it can be hard to leave. I’d suggest ordering for pickup instead. Since it was recommended to me, I thought I’d pass along the recommendation!

The food was better than at most other Zaxby's locations, but they forgot part of my order twice.

This chicken is extremely juicy. Best chicken on the island hands down! Greg expressed the cook, but Zaxbys lived to the hype.
