Contribuisci feedbackA few minutes later, the cockroach flew and landed on my boyfriend's neck, then crawled onto his back. Understandably, he jumped up and called the waiter over to show him the large roach at an empty table. Instead of taking it seriously, the waiter asked if my boyfriend had a phobia of roaches before retrieving a menu to swat it away, all while serving us our sushi. At that point, we were both disgusted and disturbed by the whole experience, yet the waiter still made us pay full price for our meal. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you enjoy dining with terrible service and roaches.
The waiter quickly came over with a menu and tried to squash the cockroach. I noticed he cleaned the area where the cockroach had been, but he did not clean the menu. He apologized and mentioned that they had sprayed the day before but offered no other compensation. His only comment was asking, "Do you have some kind of phobia?" as a way to comfort me, which I found to be appalling. I will never eat here again.
I was quite disappointed with my experience. The food didn't compare to what I've had in Chattanooga. I mentioned to the waiter that the sushi didn't taste good, and while he was polite and said he would pass on my comments, it didn't change the taste of the food. Additionally, I noticed they added a tip of $22.88 automatically to the bill, which I didn't realize until I got home. I can't recommend this place and I won't be dining here again. I usually don't complain, but this meal ended up making me feel unwell afterward.
Started out good then quickly went downhill from there! The menu definitely isn't easy to navigate as no where is it listed that noodles are an option. Food had good flavor but definitely not authentic Japanese. The noodles ???? appear to be common boxspaghetti, the soup is definitely made with a retail broth. They were short staffed which is everywhere right now however, ourwaiter definitely couldn't multitask as we waited longer for a to go box our ticket than our initial wait time to be seated order. Won't be going back!
Went for dinner. They said they weren't doing the Hibachi cooking. What a shame. Hibachi adds some entertainment to the meal and the food it hotter when you get it.Our food wasn't that warm by the time we got it. For that availability not being there I amgiving it a lower rating.
