Contribuisci feedbackWe made an online order and it was like they either can't read directions or totally ignored them. This isn't the first time. As a matter of fact we had exactly what we asked for listed on our receipt but when you open the sandwich it was like they went out of their way to FI to wrong. I'm not sure where they are pulling their hires from but I'm pretty sure a couple of kindergarten students could have done a better job. I can't even say it was done with the speed they claim because I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and had to drive around to the window to get someone's attention just to tell them we want our sandwiches that were already paid for and apparently done wrong.
So here 's the thing, JJ has been one of my favorite restaurants for YEARS!! I 'm a pretty simple eater so my orders are usually very small and not complicated at all. For years I 've gotten the same thing (turkey tom no tom with extra mayo), but over the last 2-3 mos, this location has seemed off . The sandwich seems dry even with the added Mayo and oil/vinegar and the taste hasn 't been the same. I thought maybe it was just me, but I ordered my mom and bro some food a few times and they 've said the same thing. The service is always great, although it 's not freaky fast when it comes to delivery (I don 't mind waiting a bit for good food). I don 't know if it 's just this location that is slipping on the taste or if it 's nationwide, but I 'd really like it to get back on track as I did really enjoy eating/ordering from here at one point
Live 4 miles away and they wouldn't deliver. Neighborhood is in an easy spot to find and really no hassle. Tried calling the store and kindly explained but they hung up on me. I am visiting my parents in Chattanooga and wanted to get them a quick sub... Guess not. The store in Knoxville I use with the app is always great and communicates effectively. NOT THIS STORE
Sandwiches are fine, but they NEVER follow the instructions. i ask for the sandwich to be cut in half, never happens. i ask for napkins and get them maybe half the time. Today the sandwich was lacking any tuna on 2 inches of the sub,
Best sandwiches but they have never made it right once. Their saying is freaky fast is freaky fresh I 'd rather them take their time on making my sandwich right. I always have to go back to get them to fix my sandwich.
