Krystal - Hixson

We visited Dive Tru and had a pleasant experience. The young man who took our order was friendly. I ordered the 3 Bacon Cheese Krystal's with Mayo and Cheese Tots, along with a large Sweet Tea. Mike ordered 5 cheese Krystal's and a large Sweet Tea. The young man took our order and provided us with one large sweet tea and a straw, informing us that our food would be ready shortly. Despite only ordering one sweet tea, we received two, but we didn't mention it as we had other drinks. Our food was quickly delivered to us in separate bags for the Krystal's and Cheese Tots. We parked in the parking lot to enjoy our meal, which was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, my burgers were missing the Mayo I had requested, but it wasn't a big issue. The Cheese Tots were decent, but lacked cheese. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and will definitely return soon.

I visited the Hixson location at 3:41 and was served by a very friendly and accurate male drive-thru attendant. Despite the rain, he handled my order efficiently and even cracked a joke. When I got home, I could tell that my order was fresh and I was very impressed. In the past, I have had some negative experiences, but not today. I wish I knew the name of the man so I could give him proper recognition.

The business hours listed on Google for Krystal on Hixson Pike in Hixson, TN are incorrect. The restaurant is actually open until midnight, not 2:00 AM as stated on Google. I visited the drive-thru shortly after midnight on a Wednesday and was informed by the employee that they were closed, unless I was picking up a phone order. In terms of food, Krystal offers a variety of items including mini-burgers (Krystals), Krystal Chicks, Krystal Chili, Krystal Pups, Chili Cheese Pups Hot Dogs, French fries, and more. I find that they tend to put too much Mayo on the Krystal Chicks, so I order mine without Mayo. The chili is delicious, especially on a cold day, and pairs well with a Krystal or Krystal Chick. The chili is served with oyster crackers. The original Krystal Burger and Krystal with cheese are classics, and the Krystal Pups and Chili Cheese Pups Hot Dogs are my personal favorites.
