New York Pizza Department - Hixson

Tried the Hixson Pike location years ago and was disappointed in the quality of the food. We were willing to give the Lakesite location a try since it's much closer to our house. Did online ordering and while the pizza was ready in one hour, the Caesar salad wasn't. The front staff offered a garden salad but we didn't want that and had to ask for a refund for the Caesar salad as it wasn't offered. In the end, waiting for the refund to come through. Plus we ordered a marguarita pizza and it had no basil. Insult to injury, it was cold. So disappointed.

Our waitress was waiting on probably 10+ tables while other employees did absolutely nothing and sat in the back while the manager was sitting at the bar day drinking. Y'all need to do better this poor waitress was trying her hardest to get everybodys orders correct, and nobody was helping her. Do better! Food was good though.

Great staff, good food, and affordable prices. Much more than pizza, a great menu, and the pizza is really, really good.

Jade is excellent and took great care of us today as always.
