Flathead Fish Cafe - Hobart

Having experienced wonderful food at Ginger Browns's it was a safe bet that Miss jane would be just as good being run by the same owner. We were not disappointed and the antipasto was excellent, likewise the mushroom risotto. Amazing transformation to the restaurant. Service was great too.

The service at miss Jane was friendly and attentive. As the restaurant is not huge it was also not noisy so it was quite a pleasant environment for a meal. The food was tasty and what we had was exactly as described on the menu. The wine list isn't huge but was a reasonable match for the food

I visited this restaurant as part of a birthday dinner and I was not disappointed. The food was of a high standard and I could have not been more pleased. I ordered the one pizzas in it was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was of equal quality and I will be sure to be back again.

Went here with friends and the kids. Excellent staff were so helpful. Food comes out fast. Clean and warm atmosphere. High chair available. Big meals. Steak, duck confit and ragout all amazing. Kids demolished their pizza. Dessert was divine. Peanut butter, pear tart and raspberry ones were all licked clean. Well definitely be back

We went without booking as someone regular recommend to my friends as I am vegetarian. We got back room. It's so cozy. I really like the ambience of the place. So much variety for vegetarian Pizza, Pasta and sides. Yummm I enjoyed Pizza and was hard to stop eating even I was no more hungry
