Mulberry Shān のパン Wū Sāng の Shí

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this fully vegan bakery at the Kobuchizawa Road Station. At first, we didn't notice the vegan sign and were taken aback by the absence of eggs and milk listed as allergens on the bakery tags. After asking the staff, they assured us that everything was indeed vegan. The bakery offered a wide variety of breads, pastries, and sandwiches. We purchased a curry bread, French toast, chocolate roll, melon pan, and a canelé, but there were so many other options we wanted to try. I will definitely be stopping by again in the future!
