Bakers Baristas - Hollyhill

I 'm not one to complain most of the time, but when working in an industry that I am in myself, cleanliness friendliness are the most important things. Today we visited BB 's in mahon point, to find the women on the till extremely rude not helpful one bit. My father asked for a scone which fell into a million pieces, asked for a new one with the lady on the till laughing in our face a new one , the whole experience was honestly so unwelcoming, the whole time we were met with an unfriendly face glaring down at us with every bite. At least smile? The cutlery teapots were absolutely filthy. I do love BB 's, most of the time, they have delicious muffins fairly decent coffee, but from what I experienced today I genuinely will not be returning. Hats off to the young red haired girl, she seemed to be the only one working from making coffee to clearing tables spraying the takeaway section, but the girl with the dark hair and glasses at the till may need to be spoken with. Truly an unforgetable experience.

Tables are dirty, nobody cleans them. Floor full of napkins, breadcrumbs etc. Horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee is excellent, the service is okay but, the lack of cleanliness let's the place down, they clear tables but they don't wipe them down, I find that a problem Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10
