This restaurant has the cleanest and most delicious food I've ever had! The staff is very friendly, and the environment is far from greasy or uncomfortable—it makes you feel good. I absolutely love it, and I'm so happy that delivery is back! Thank you!

After about 45 minutes, I received a call from the delivery driver. He informed me that he was parked in the lot but would not deliver to our room. I want to point out that my workplace has over 20 parking spaces available. I suggested that he could simply bring the food to our location, but he insisted he wouldn’t deliver to the building. When I said that if he couldn’t deliver to us, it would be best to cancel my order, he agreed to cancel it. We've never faced this issue with other restaurants in the Holyoke area, as they understand that lunchtime at workplaces is often limited to 30 minutes or an hour, and we can’t spend time searching for a delivery person in the parking lot. When you plan to deliver to a location with designated spots, you need to make accommodations; otherwise, customers will end up hungry and frustrated.

I ordered "Huns fried rice" twice, but when I got my order and returned home 10 minutes later, I found it was shrimp fried rice instead. I had to drive back, which took another 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes of waiting, and honestly, it wasn't worth the trouble. The chicken was overcooked, and there wasn't a hint of sweetness in the rice. I recommend trying a different place instead.
