I personally find it frustrating when my waffle fries are too limp to hold on to while I drive with the windows down. And if you want to request well-done fries, prepare for some serious attitude from the staff. It seems that corporate policy forbids them from giving you fries that are cooked longer; at this point, I’d just settle for fries that are at least fully cooked. I would hate to ask for no salt—I'd probably end up banned! After not visiting in a while, I craved Chick-fil-A last night, and my husband made quite a scene. We had pork chops instead, but I was eager to understand their fry-cooking policy, so I called the corporate office. To my surprise, I was told, very politely, that not only are you not allowed to request well-done fries, but they also do not accept any special requests whatsoever! No extra butter on your buns, either. It's perplexing that a company that promotes itself as so wonderful and dedicated to customer service would overlook the importance of small accommodations for their customers. Extra butter, cooked fries, no ice—these little things can make a significant difference. I can't believe they lack such awareness. If the CEO checked social media, they would surely find countless complaints. Having spent decades in the customer service industry, I prioritize being treated with respect. If I feel like I'm being treated as an insignificant customer, I'll take my business elsewhere. I might miss the chicken soup, but I won't tolerate being treated as if my needs don’t matter. Chick-fil-A, it's time to get it together. There are too many other options that do care.
Excellent service and delicious food! It was their fourth anniversary, and they brought out a complimentary dessert and free ice cream.
I visited the restaurant today, September 6th, at 12:00 PM for my work lunch break. Unfortunately, I was disturbed by a group of loud teenage girls at a nearby table. Instead of enjoying my meal in peace, I found them laughing and gossiping about other guests in a very rude manner. They were even talking about recording people and posting videos on Facebook to make them go viral. It's frustrating that working professionals can’t enjoy their lunch without being subjected to such mockery. While the food and service were great, the establishment really needs to monitor the behavior of unsupervised young patrons, as their disruptive chatter can ruin the dining experience for others.
First time at this location. The drive-through was packed, which is a good sign. I ordered frosty coffee and waffle fries. The coffee gave me an intensive stomach ache (that led me to think the coffee might have been old). The fries were undercooked and pale. Maybe they wanted to match the frosty coffee with snow white fries?
Crowded, but quick service and pretty through with your order both drive thru and walk-in. And open late 10pm,but not on Sundays.
