Contribuisci feedbackSo I ordered online, picked up my food and got home and none of my orders (3) had cole slaw and I asked for no fries and behold all of my orders had fries. So I called the store and the young lady told me that they were out of cole slaw today and (they don't substitute). So what they should have done is put up a notice on their website that they are out of cole slaw. So if I would have ordered a half-pint or pint I wonder if they would have refunded me? My family and I had been going there for years and tonight was my last time.
Ordered online. Food was ready upon arrival. Store was very clean.
I ordered 10 wings today at 1:30 to be delivered by Uber Eats. The food was piping hot and perfectly cooked! Seasoning on point! Kudos to the chefs working right now! Yummy!!
Just ate my food and this chicken was so old all 3 orders I ordered I don’t know if they fried the food in old grease or just old chicken sitting out and got redropped. The fries even hard and old won’t be back I see why they only got a 2.5 rating. I ordered 3 4 wing dinners and they all had 6 wings in it and that’s for the chicken being old they trying to get rid of it. So disgusted! I’ll stick to south holland Harold’s.
I went to this location on the 4th of July because the location I normally go to was closed. I placed an order over the phone. The lady who took the order told me it was going to be 20 minutes then change it to 45 minutes. I came to pick up my order in an hour expecting my food to be ready. It wasn't ready. Then I was told 10 minutes. I continued to wait then was told an additional 10 minutes. It took 2 hours to finally get my order. Then had the nerves to get my order wrong. I was short on an order of chicken. I eventually got my missing chicken. I watched as other customers complained about their wait time. Overall I did not have a good experience. I've never waited this long at any Harold's. Just shut this location down ??.
