Mcdonald's - Homosassa Springs

If I could give negative stars I would.I went trough the drive trough today and ordered my nephew a triple cheese burger and large fry. It took forever to get to the cashier, and then another unacceptable amount to time to get to the pick up windows.The spaced out girl tried to give me a double bacon cheese burger with small fry. I said no I ordered a triple cheese burger and LARGE fry. I waited and waited, and the she told me go wait at the #1 sign.I waited, and waited and finally went inside. Nobody acknowledged me there, and finally an older lady, possibly the manager, and I told her what I ordered 30 minutes ago.I CONTINUED TO WAIT, another old lady asked if I've been helped and I said no.Then I waited AGAIN.I finally got the order and the lady said we put an apple pie in to make up for the wait. I said that doesn't even come close to making up for a 30 minute drive thru order.THIS STORE HAS A BUNCH A DRUGGIES walking around confused.This is my LAST TIME STOPPING HERE.I have choices and they will NEVER be a choice again

The computer that took my order was super friendly. I didn't see any humans other than the few customers in the lobby. Great atmosphere and experience ?

Even with a medical emergency in the store the staff were trying to get everyone who had already ordered served as fast as they could. I was in the the drive thru when it happened at the pick up window. I parked my truck and went inside to help.The person behind me should be ashamed of their self's for yelling at the staff. People let's be more understanding.

Ordered online to save time only to sit and wait forever to get to the window. I had to pull up because after waiting for my food for so long, they were giving us fresh fries, which was the only upside.
