I enjoyed the hints of salted dark chocolate, which gave it a mocha-like flavor without being gritty. I also learned that the café is named after Rainbow Falls in Hawaii, and the flavor profiles may change with the seasons as they rotate their roasts. After finishing my drink, I had a delightful conversation with Barista Rose, who was very knowledgeable about the different roasts available. We shared our love for coffee and discussed various coffee shops. I usually order a latte to gauge what a café has to offer, and it was nice to hear that she enjoys trying new shops too. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to ARS Café to sample her hot latte next time.
This restaurant has an artistic flair, offering delicious and unique dishes alongside a vibrant collection of eclectic art. It's a popular spot among locals. Be sure to try at least one of their homemade muffins or their fresh-pressed lemonade. Whether you sit indoors or outdoors, the atmosphere captures the perfect essence of aloha.
What a gem! The cortado was perfectly made with the light roast beans. The avocado toast and freshly baked mango cream cheese were great additions to complement my breakfast.
A stay in Honolulu for a week, but almost to visit this place every day. Very recommend their Cajun roasted rice, açaí bowl and Granola bowl!!!! Compared to other popular cafés in Waikiki, which often require 30 50mins waiting time, this place is perfectly no long lines
I ordered a pour over black coffee. Local, Kona. Delicious. Also the Barista was super kind to everyone who walked in. Highly recommend.
