I enjoyed everything beside the worker who disobeyed me and my wife. we came with our 3 children and a worker under the name joe threw the cash at my youngest son. I was in shock and unbelief. he was sent to the emergency room at 5 times. I don't recommend the people.

I’ve been to several Coldstone locations and this is the first one I have seen with a dairy free ice cream flavor. My favorite ice cream is chocolate devotion, and although I know it’s not completely dairy free, I was happy to have the chocolate ice cream itself without dairy.The staff member that helped us was friendly and accommodating when I requested the replacement. The store was busy, so I expected the service to be a little slower, but it seemed like there were a couple extra bodies standing around idly. We were a party of two people, but because each worker was taking on a new order, the cashier counter was crammed with people waiting to pay.I think a simple way to make the experience better is to have someone helping with bigger or longer orders to move customers through the line quicker, or for a cashier to cash out customers and then have them step to the side while their order is finished.

Owner is a little off putting don’t really like being around him. But love the ice cream and the worker the young girl with long black hair her name started with a k she was very very sweet loved her service.

This location is good as far as the icecream. But the girl that waited on me and my friend was really had a very bad attitude. And there were a couple more there that honestly really don't need to be there either. There attitudes are really bad also. I do not recommend this location as long as these girls that worked there on July 2nd around hour and half before closing . No one should go and eat anything from there.

Incident happened 5 7 22 around 3pm.The girl that was helping us was great unfortunately one of the other girls was crazy rude! 5 of us went in 2adults 3 kids so one can assume at least 5 ice creams. We were not even halfway done ordering mind you no one else was helping the one girl that was making our orders when one of the girls with a major attitude strait up tells my husband to move ? then has someone else help people behind us before our order was finished . Like what??? She acted like she owned the place,she was giving us dirty looks and was talking about us to another girl. FYI there were about 5 6 girls there the rude one was standing around doing nothing! . Tried to see the girls name but the tag was on the back of her hat and when she saw me trying to look at it she went in the back. It started with an S then maybe an I or L. Mind you this was to celebrate my daughter’s 10th bday. Also ordered a cake a couple months back for my son’s bday and it wasn’t ready at pick up time.
