Tim Hortons - Hope

5- stars for service! Placed a big order recently. The line ups were long, but once served the staff behind the counter went that extra mile to make sure we were okay with the big order. They even opened another till because of the line ups.

Have you ever thought to yourself “wow, I wish I could eat the insole out of my grandpas shoe”? Well just get a hashbrown from this place and you can live that experience.Couldn’t even eat either of the breakfast sandwiches we got, as they were so stale and dry that I’m sure they were made in the Palaeolithic era so nice to be a part of history ?

They are the worst! I have been waiting for my egg and cheese for 30 mins. They were serving order 322 where as my order number was 314. It took me to give reminders to 3 different people.

We heard this Tim Hortons had recently improved its service. We were very happy to find this to be true as some of the past reviews were very poor. It appears that a number of positive corrections have been made and we were very pleased with both the service and quality.
