Domino's Pizza - Hopewell

I just had AJ as my delivery driver and I want to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service he provided! His manners were exceptional, and he truly went above and beyond for this mom and her house full of little boys on a Friday night. The pizza was delicious and hot, but I believe AJ deserves a raise or at least a bonus for his amazing service! Thank you once again, AJ!

I’ve never had a bad experience with Domino's until today. I understand they’re understaffed, but this was hands down the worst cheese pizza I’ve ever had. It didn’t even resemble the usual pizza – there was no seasoning or flavor on the crust. It tasted like cardboard. This was by far the blandest pizza I’ve ever eaten. Save your time and skip it!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Domino's. I placed my order at 7:00 PM, and the delivery driver didn’t arrive until 10:45 PM. I tried calling multiple times to cancel my order because it was taking so long, and by that point, we had ordered from a different restaurant, but no one answered my calls. The next day, I went in to request a refund and the manager told me it wasn't their fault for not having enough drivers. When I insisted on a refund, he became confrontational and dismissed me. This place is a complete joke.

Every time we ordered delivery we get a call stating the store doesn?t have a driver that we will have to pick up the order. if there is no way to deliver you?d think delivery would be paused on their website was told I?d be refunded for the extrapricing of getting delivery and never got reimbursed. Tonight I placed a Togo order and picked up and Priscilla checked me outwith such attitude and didn?t want to give me ranch for my wings, nor a receipt after checking out. She pointed to the back andsaid the ticket was the receipt. Will not be returning. This dominos has gone down hill.

Ordered food online two hours ago, promised delivery in 43 minutes and no one will answer the phone, which I've been on hold for 58 minutes now! They sure didn't have a problem taking my money but I will NEVER order from here again!! I want my moneyrefunded ASAP!!!!
