Kfc - Hopewell

The drive-thru is quite short, and the restaurant closes too early. Additionally, there is no parking available. KFC Hopewell should consider purchasing the neighboring property or relocating to a better spot.

The manager at this location provides excellent customer service. I make a special trip to visit because the staff is incredibly friendly. I hope they are compensated well for their hard work. Just thought I’d mention that!

The food was excellent, but the location was less than ideal, and the restaurant was poorly maintained and dirty. On a positive note, the service was very friendly.

The worst fast food in Hopewell got 4 tenders combo with fries... Fries was not eatable so I gave them back and said I CAN WAIT ON FRESH FRIES...just to wait 10mins for them to bring me back the same nasty old fries!!! This the 3rd time I got some old food dry and hard biscuit hard as a brick never again I will go somewhere eles

I don't know what's going on with this KFC. My chicken was super hard and dry, it was cluck'n and the corn was dried out and tough, it was fight'n back. I don't understand why businesses keep employees around that don't care. SMH!!!
