Pretty fast and easy BWW location. Parking is a little mess. I've been here many times and just messed up once, offered me a replacement or a refund immediately and everything was good.

Had two orders. Hard cold boneless wing after 10 minutes waiting time, sauce was limited. Fries were a little overgrown. No well machine works. No hair nets / gloves worn by employees in the back. The couple next to us complained about the food cold when I ordered. Customers after me spit back his wings and threw his plate away. 3 back to rear customers impoverished. Never back in this place. Bad management and property. Should be closed.

FAIR WARNING. I wanted to buy Sauce to go home. MULTIPLE types had 3 MONTHS expired! The whole lot of Jamming Jalapeño and another whole lot (all bottles of these types) and the rest runs off in days!. I'm worried about a place that thinks it's good to sell a lot of sauce. Shame, and creepy honest! Must be really badly managed! Set up for real problems. If they think that the sale of 3 months of past expired sauce is okay....what else do they use on customers? I was on 7/5/22. The sauces have expired.

2 employees sat in the counter on their phone. Waiting time was really good. But what an off-putting scene, if employees should not sit on the counter, prepare your order.

Wow- very bad. Despite ordering during the dinner rush at 5pm an picking up food promptly it was clear our food had sat out for hours. All was cold and tasted less than fresh, sauces and breads all hardening and the wings were just off. The wing quality seemed low as well. I think this one was a victim of bad management coupled with potentially a franchise that took a bad step with the xpress concept.
