Pizza Hut - Hopkins

Ordered one large pizza at 9:07 pm and didn't receive it until 10:45 tried calling 3 times just to get an update and no answer every time, phone just kept on ringing.

On a huge football Sunday, they ran out of traditional buffalo wings. 60 years old and first time ever. This is total incompetence by manager/owner. Time to hold businesses accountable in post covid. When you can't provide basic service, you deserve to lose business. There is Dominos just down Main street

The website is literally the worst. So glitchy. Takes forever to load- my Apple Pay kept timing out. Then all the ads after you place your order. It almost 2024- get it together

Cashier was not at all friendly. My pizza was not good. I'm sure if ingredients are different now, the cheese was not cheesy nor did it taste good.
