Papa Johns Pizza - Horizon City

I phoned in a order. When I got there they said they didn't receive it. I was not happy the girl looked tired and probably was getting ready to leave but she wasn't happy she wasn't helping me she had a attitude. My pizza was mostly cheese I don't know where my toppings were because there was hardly any all I wanted was to get something for dinner

What happened to people taking pride in what they do? I asked for my pizzas well done, and recieved half cooked pizza soaked in tomato sauce. The cheese wasn't even fully melted. There is nothing worst than recieving your food not how you expected.

Pickup from the store. The staff was very friendly and we love Papa John's.

Ordered a pizza from this place today and I ended up dropping it as I walked out the store. They were more than kind to remake the pizza for me. Thank you!
