Wendy's - Horizon City

My experience was awful my order was placed through the drive through on Horizon Blvd, and the food was not fresh the food looked like it was under a heating light for a very long time the mayo, mustard and ketchup runny and didn’t look like right.The fries were overcooked very dry and hard.The chicken nuggets were cold the I placed the entire order in the trash.It would be nice if the night shift in that restaurant took pride in serving the customer quality food not disgusting food that was not good for consumption.

Always bad experience, always missing ketchup. Sauces. Not napkins and if you ask you only get one. If not profitable for wendy they should close that location

Everyone was rude, from the person taking the order to the manager. 8pm never coming to this location ever

How does a mobile pick up order take over 20 minutes to be ready?? Unacceptable.
