Fantastic bakery with delicious bread, pastries, and coffee! We take a two-hour drive just to visit. Absolutely love it!

More than just a stunning view of the canal, Roy is a true gem of the Copper Country. They offer both traditional and hearty pasties (the turkey cranberry is my favorite!), along with a variety of baked goods and soups (especially the White Fish Chowder). Every time the family visits, this is their favorite restaurant!

Excellent, I give it a solid 5 stars! If you're looking for authentic pastries, this is the best place to find the original classics, along with some delicious variations. This bakery also excels at making donuts and tarts. I highly recommend it to anyone passing by!

My sister and I took a little trip to Houghton from Wisconsin this past weekend. A friend of ours who used to live nearby recommended we try Roy's, and we’re so glad we did! The food was delicious! We indulged in some frozen baked goods, fresh bread, and a sweet snack. My sister has certain food restrictions, so she was thrilled to find some gluten-free muffins available. I’ll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area!

The first time was fantastic. breakfast pasty and some baked things. savory and filling, a new breakfast must be when you visit our child at tech. we could order a birthday cake and delivered it to her sleeping place the next day! everyone was masked, prompt, polite and very helpful.
