I asked her for a cup of ice because my drink had warmed up, and she was initially going to give it to me for free, but she wanted to check with her manager first. That’s understandable. However, when the manager came over, he said he would charge me $3 for the cup—essentially the full price of a drink. That seemed a bit ridiculous. If he had asked for a small fee for the cup plus a little extra for labor, I would have been totally fine with that. But for him to try to charge me the full price after I explained it was just for ice was a bit baffling. It was almost comical, as I’ve never experienced anything like that before, especially since I often eat at Subway throughout Michigan. I really hope this manager can receive some coaching on customer service. Honestly, I would have preferred to give that $3 as a tip rather than paying for a piece of plastic and some ice.
This location always screws up the remote orders, I have also found hair in my food twice at this location
I give this location 2 stars for how good the food is! The customer service was terrible the red haired young lady was kind and respectful helped me finish my transaction even took a moment to show me about a survey where i could redeem free food the other employee the seemed to be manager was short snippy with customers the minute I walked in a woman who comes to this location all the time and orders the same sandwich asked about it and was abruptly cut off by this woman told that how it's always made the woman tried to explain herself about the situation and the employee continued to over talk her when it was my turn she was short and rude with me and rushed me along I doubt I'll be back
I messed up my own online order and this store was so helpful getting things straightened out. They really went above and beyond! Customer service 10 out of 10!
