Good food, busy atmosphere.. Carvosso's has a good range of interesting euro-food and the tasty dishes are well-prepared. It has a rather busy atmosphere, enhanced by the attentive staff, but it's evidently a popular place -and deservedly so. It also has a nice mix of outdoor and indoor seating and booths, but the general ventilation could be better on hot days.

I love Carvosso's for its cozy atmosphere, especially in winter. The seating options are beautiful and spread out over the bar. They offer fancy cocktails that are a must-try, such as the Carvosso's pornstar martini and the raspberry flatini. I haven't had a chance to sample their food yet, but it's always a great spot for a pre- or post-dinner drink in a peaceful setting.

I have enjoyed dining at Carvosso for over 20 years, often coming in the afternoon to relax with a pint and a good book. However, my recent experience on February 5th was far from enjoyable. Around 4:30-4:45, a young man (who I was told was the manager) began dimming the lights in the bar area, despite there only being one other customer present. When I asked him to turn the lights back up so I could continue reading, he replied rudely, saying, "This is my place, I can do as I please." He even went as far as telling me that if I didn't like it, I could leave and that I didn't need to read. Needless to say, this interaction soured my opinion of the restaurant.

I had noticed Carvosso's several times before, but I had never actually gone inside. When I visited for dinner on a Saturday, it was surprisingly quiet. The space is split into various sections, including a bar area, a small room for wine tasting, an outdoor area (which will be great once the weather warms up), and the main restaurant area. I decided to order the trio of burgers to share, and everyone at my table chose the chicken flat iron, which was cooked perfectly and tasted really fresh. I didn't have room for dessert, as I was craving ice cream, but I look forward to trying other dishes on my next visit.
