Grove Park Deli - HOUNSLOW

Very much enjoyed. Great sandwiches and treats, good coffee, friendly staff, and a nice array of specialty food products. Exactly what you want right around the corner from you.

Food very good would give it four stars, but the mood of some of the staff, especially the girl with the red hair.... I gather staff are not treated well, that is why they are pretty unfriendly, I also note, that there is almost every day somebody else serving. Why I really write this review though is, that they charge you 0.80 pence for heating up take away food, which they sell cold!!! It couldn t be meaner and a very unwise step in my opinion. Yes, energy prices are high, but if you cannot sell your take away food hot, without charging to heat it up, then you might as well leave it all together

I give the food five stars, but the shop is greedy, charging customers £0.80 pence to heat up there take away food, which they sell cold, but needs to be eaten hot! I understand the high energy prices, but I have never come across such greediness. Also, staff always looks unhappy, so the management needs to be questioned.

Always the girl with the glasses and red hair that has the worst mood in the morning no greeting what’s so ever. Worst customer service. I kindly ask for extra chocolate on top which I what usually get but she made me feel like it was a burden. Foods great otherwise but service make me not want to come here anymore. Bring the old lady back she was cool!

A great deli in Grove Park, Chiswick selling an amazing array of sandwiches along with many other delicious food dishes. They always have beautiful window displays and scrumptious cakes. We pop in regularly and have also used them on a number of for functions at Christmas. Not only can they provide the food, but also the staff too. A big recommendation from us.
