Pizzaiolo - HOUNSLOW

Warning! Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery, they appear to have taken my money and the pizza didn’t arrive. I tried calling but it went to voicemail.

I am very saddened to have to give such a review. I was a regular customer both in the restaurant and ordering takeaway. Always the pizza was fast and it was fantastic made of real Italian products, you could feel that Italy! Unfortunately, today, as it is sometimes on weekends, I ordered pizza again and first it's probably a new driver who was circling around the neighborhood looking for my building, which is easy to find, the pizza was cold. After exchanging sentences with someone from the customer service ? , we got a new one and here a huge disappointment because there is no more Italian products, they delivery very heavy pizza with tasteless cheese and the cheapest flour and salami. I don't know if the pizza guy has changed or the owner has changed but the pizza is now VERY BAD, HEAVY and tastes like the cheapest for £5 from another chain store and I will add that it was not cheap! Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place in Brentford due to the very poor quality of pizza and service. I will never say anything about this PLACE again and I will also advise others against it.

Pizza was absolutely delicious. Every bit of it!!! Very friendly staff great atmosphere. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to going back

I have ordered from this restaurant several times and the pizzas are always my go-to choice for a quick bite or something nearby in Brentford.

Thought we'd try their pizza, with a nice bottle of wine (can't have pizza without wine! . Caught the eye of a member of staff and sat at a table. 10mins later still no service despite only us and another couple in there! Thus we left and went down the road to Santa Maria. Their pizzas might be good (not that we found out , but a non- existent and ignorant dine-in service means no point in dining in.
