This particular location is nothing like the original place in Chinatown on Bellaire! their drinks are not the same or maybe because of the way the workers at particular don't know hot too make it! or follow directions when ask to adjust the sugar level, sweetness of the drinks. I think our request was ignored, we bought one for my husband who is pre diabetic for 25% level of sugar and a regular one and they both were very sweet, so that means they did not honor our requests and at the same time it took them awhile to get our drinks as well!

WOW! Gerson was a very kind and courteous young man who helped me in and gave me EXCELLENT costumer service well beyond the call of duty. I ordered a plain black coffee without even realizing that?s what I was ordering and because they have a no refund no exchange policy, Gerson actually PAID OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET for a different drink for me. Unbelievable! Thank you!

Internet was down so they could not process payment so we didn't get any drinks there

Got a che nr.4 today! Did not taste the coconut milk at all.. ask if they can add coconut milk and had to pay extra money for them to add coconut milk! They were not friendly at all! Too bad?we will not be back

This restaurant is incredible - always clean and fresh. I used to love their drinks, but recently they have been adding too much sugar. I miss the old staff, as the new person is consistently rude and giving dirty looks to everyone. If you don't enjoy your job, then why stay?
