Barclay Asian Grill - Houston

This used to be a fantastic restaurant, but it seems that they've changed suppliers or cooks, and now it's just not the same. I understand that there are challenges right now, but I would rather pay more for the original quality food than settle for lower-quality substitute ingredients.

I arrived at 9:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, but was turned away. The person at the front said they were "busy." While he seemed friendly, this was quite frustrating for me.

I consistently enjoy excellent food and service every time I visit! My favorites are the char-grilled pork vermicelli and their Thai iced tea. I appreciate that they offer healthier options, which keeps both me and my boyfriend satisfied!

Best fresh tasting pho in town. It was delicious. This is definitely gonna be my new place.

This place is freaking great. Super nice people. They're fast, good service, and the prices are good! I swear I've eaten here once a week for like the past 2 months and I've never been disappointed. The food is great, prices are right, and people are friendly. Come eat.
