Burger King - Houston

I took a few pictures, which was useful since I discovered that Burger King now sells bags of ice, but overall, this location didn't meet the expectations of "Have it Your Way." There are better dining options nearby. The service might have been fine if the young man had continued speaking, as he did so politely. Once the woman began shouting at us, the whole experience became unpleasant. We had wanted to order shakes and cookies, but after hearing her yelling, we decided to go to Jack in the Box instead. It's not worth being yelled at, especially after spending $23 on our meal—some respect should be expected. I would recommend keeping the woman away from the drive-thru window and microphone, especially when there's a much more polite staff member available. He seems like he should be training others to do their jobs without a negative attitude or yelling. Even if he isn't the manager, he definitely acts like he should be. The woman should be reassigned, perhaps to cleaning the parking lot.

I enjoy visiting this Burger King location on the East Freeway at Kress Street, where I eat about once a week. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate the deals available through the Burger King app and the Royal Perks Rewards Program. The food is tasty and is served quickly. I particularly prefer Burger King's flame-grilled hamburgers over those cooked on a stainless steel grill. However, as of December 1, 2023, the ice cream machine has been out of order for at least a month, and they really need to either get it repaired or replace it with a new one.

It was decent overall; the experience is a bit better than your typical Burger King.

The 2 young ladies who took and handled my order were super nice and polite.

I don't understand how they can't get the orders right when there is only 2 people in line and it's slow.Multiple times they've forgotten major parts of our order, to where I now just paid $15 for food that ISNT THERE.After waiting 10minutes for cold fries that taste like cardboard.If I have to go inside and make my own food then what's the point of ordering, esp when it's way more expensive than anywhere else in the area.Today was just the last straw, I don't get what's so hard when there's NO ONE in line... I need my $15 back as well.
