Chili's Grill Bar Houston

On Tuesday afternoon, my group of seven colleagues visited this restaurant around 1:45. Our waitress provided near-perfect service - she cared about her job, had a great attitude, paid attention to detail, and was knowledgeable. She kept our drinks filled in a timely manner and overall exceeded our expectations. As a former restaurant owner and manager, I appreciate excellent service and was disappointed when servers make customers feel like a burden. Unfortunately, her name did not appear on the receipt. If more service industry workers were like her, I would dine out less frequently. Keep up the fantastic work! For identification purposes, here are some details: Check number 3010464, Table 42.

My family and I waited to be seated for about 2 minutes. No one greeted us and the staff just watched us wait. If you do not want to be disrespected, I recommend going to another restaurant. I receive better service when I go to McDonald's.

This is absolutely ridiculous! 11 of us waited over 30 minutes for our food at this restaurant. Everyone else had finished eating before me and another person at our table received our food. They brought me the wrong order and my friend's fajitas were cold. I asked them not to throw away my wrong order and that I would pay for it to give to a homeless person. Unfortunately, my order was only fixed 29 minutes later and they threw away the order that I asked them to keep. While I understand that it was lunchtime, the main dining area was mostly empty.

The seafood pasta tasted good, until I discovered a plastic top, for a takeout cup, at the bottom of the dish. They gave another one, which I took home. After getting home, I realized it was a pasta minus most of the seafood. The waiterapologized, but never saw the manager. The Blue Moon beer was fine. It normally is served with a slice of orange, as garnish, but BOT this time. Will NEVER go ther AGAIN!

First time at this location, the girl in the front didn't welcome us. Sat down at a sticky table, restaurant was pretty much dirty. But overall the food was great.
