Cicis Pizza - Houston

It was excited, they closed the door at 9:30. do not upload the children and come late or after football practice or church because they are hurt their feelings.

It was cici’s. now, except the cost. I put myself at cici’s cost of $4.99 per person; over $21 for 2 and we shared a drink. I'm pretty steep when you ask me.

Went downhill in a few years. Place was so dirty, chairs and tables were greasy and sticky. They only had 4 different kinds of pizza and didn't change it up. Only saw one fresh pizza made in the 50 minutes we were there. Miss the variety they used to have.

Had ? coming out for the buffet. Employees friendly. Kept trying to clean during the time here. It's Cicis, my expectations were low coming, but was very satisfied and very full will come back again.

The place was definately understaffed. The cook came out to bust tables and clean messes. Then come to find out the cook was the manager. The cashier had 4 inch nails and was prepping the salad bar with one glove on and spent a lot of her time on her cell phone. However, she was nice and friendly to customers.I requested a custom ordered pizza and to my surprise they don't deliver them to your table anymore...they make the pizza and then they shout it out when it's done but they put it on the main Buffet. So it's like a tug of war going up to the buffet if there's a lot of people your pizza might be gone before you can make it up to the buffet. I didn't like that because I felt like I ordered a pizza and I should have been the first one to get a slice of it or at least be able to get a slice of it and that didn't happen in my case I didn't run right up there so by the time I got there it was only one piece of my requested pizza left. This CC's wasn't any worse than any other CC's as far as cleanliness it just always seems to be kind of damp and smelly in there and the soda machine I don't drink from it because it just doesn't seem to be clean to me and it's always a smell to the soda machine I don't know if it's mold or just dirty from old sticky soda but the machine just never looks right. But in conclusion I know this place was really busy I went on Mother's Day and everyone seemed to be really really busy trying to make it right. The manager/cook/housekeeper was really working hard to keep things under control I think they probably needed about three or four more people there. Nothing special about this place and nothing really bad about this place. I go to CiCi's maybe once a year and this was my time I won't be going back for a while but not because of anything harmful just nothing extraordinary about it
