This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! I was genuinely moved by how delicious the food was. They also provide generous portions! I can confidently say it’s one of the best soul food spots in Houston, without a doubt.

The yams, macaroni and cheese, brown rice with gravy, and smothered chicken were all well-seasoned and flavorful. The cornbread was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Food was good good prices but my dressing was cold! Great customer service from the person that in there today!

My go to for any meal with gravy. My favorites are meatloaf balls, oxtails to name a few. But u won't be disappointed

Great home cooked food. Had the oxtail plate with yams and greens. Greens just needed more seasoning. Friendly service. Me and my husband was able to share one plate so great portion sizes. Will revisit again
