General Joe's Chopstix - Houston

This was the first Time I've Been in this area end a Very long Time. This was one of my favorite Places to eat when I worked in the area. It's was not as Good as it Used to be.

I have bought take-out at General Joe's for over 20 years. The food has always been consistent up until last week. I ordered General Tso's Chicken. I got home and it was so tough that the tines of a metal fork wouldn't pierce the meat. I probably won'tbe back.

I should have known there was a problem when I walked in and the food did knot have any aroma. The General Joe's chicken was old, hard, and chewy. The rice did not taste like rice and looked old. I'll never go back. No stars....Ok I have to give atleast one star to post

Didn't much enjoy the beef dish I got but sure I ordered something with another thing in mind. Clean restaurant though. Good fried rice. Excellent to pick up really fast and go.
