Contribuisci feedbackAs I savored my chicken sandwich with my only companion, Colonel Sanders, I observed how the employees handled their interactions with customers. A man walked in and demanded the food he had been promised over the phone. When the cashier asked for the name of the employee he spoke to, the man replied that he didn’t know—definitely a red flag. The cashier remained polite and explained that they couldn’t fulfill the order without some proof. This only made the man more aggressive, and he started to call a company hotline, causing quite a scene. Shortly after, another customer joined in, creating further disruption. The staff truly have a lot to manage, but I couldn't help but enjoy the unfolding drama while I took another bite of my sandwich. Thank you, KFC, and a special shout-out to the employees who put in the effort every day.
This KFC has terrible service and an even worse manager. It takes an incredibly long time to receive your order, and the chicken is poorly cooked. I had a very disappointing experience.
I didn't eat at the restaurant because the clerk had a runny nose and kept wiping it with his hand without washing them.
My review before I walked out without the food was 5stars.I waited for 35 minutes to pick up the order I ordered ahead. But my bag was literally given to the Uber Eats driver and I was blamed for it. Driver was literally given “my bag” off the counter and I am the one at fault.I left. If y’all don’t care. Y’all don’t care. Period. Don’t try to be all I’m sorry. I was right there sitting and waiting but probably because I look white I was discriminated and made to be waiting. 5 other customers got their food since I got there. Y’all made food for 5 other people and y’all ignored me.
I placed an order at the drive-thru at 9:15, and as of 9:40, I'm still waiting for my food. They informed me that the chicken nuggets needed to be cooked, but I've been waiting for so long that I had to call to check on my order (which took forever for them to answer). I asked if they had forgotten about my food and how long it takes to cook nuggets. The person on the phone assured me that my order was on its way, yet I'm still waiting. The service is extremely disappointing. A cashier eventually came out to say that the cook had turned the fryers off early, and now it's taking a long time for the grease to heat back up. They don't close until 10:30, so why would they turn off the fryers at 9 PM?
