Los Reyes Mexican - Houston

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and provides excellent customer service. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy a michelada and a delicious meal.

The food here is quite good, but unfortunately, my order has been incorrect on two occasions. The first time, when I brought the mistake to their attention, they made additional errors. On my most recent visit, they forgot my drink, as well as an extra side of guacamole and Pico de Gallo. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.

I went to pick up an online order, but when I entered the restaurant, no one was around. So, I called the restaurant to let them know I was there. The man who answered sounded rude; when I politely mentioned that I was there to pick up my order and was inside, he misunderstood and thought I was outside. He brusquely told me to come inside and then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but the phone went to the fax machine. After waiting a few minutes, I called again. When he answered, I reminded him that he had hung up on me and I was trying to explain that I was already inside the restaurant. This experience highlighted the need for better communication and professionalism from business owners. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated.

I came to Los Reyes at 11pm on a Tuesday night with one other person. We were told to sit anywhere we'd like and had menus brought to us right away. The customer service was top notch, two people waited on us. The food came out pretty quick and waspresented neatly. The food however, lacked in flavor. The refried beans tasted like they came out of a can and the tortillachips fresh out of a plastic bag from the grocery store. The rice tasted a bit stale like it had been cooked in the morning andwas sitting out all day. The fajita meat did taste nice though. Overall the food needs major improvement but the friendliness ofthe staff was great.

Great atmosphere, has a real drive bat welcoming family type vibe. Drinks are great, strong and reasonably priced. Perfect place for lunch after work or diner with family. I've had at least half of the items on the menu and they offer robust flavors and hitdifferent notes per each dish. Now the prices are not cheap, but they are not expensive either. Everything is reasonable pricedper the quality of the food and service received.
