Pho Binh By Night - Houston

I've found my new favorite pho restaurant that perfectly satisfies my cravings. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is a genuinely great person—very friendly and easy to chat with. I absolutely love his homemade spicy sauce; it may be a bit too spicy for my taste, but I endure it because it’s packed with flavor. UPDATE: This family-run business will be closing in October 2023, so make sure to visit while you still can!

I absolutely love this place! It's the best Pho I've ever had. However, during my last visit, I noticed one small issue: they need to use limes instead of lemons. Despite that, it's still the best Pho around!

The pho here is exceptional, featuring a rich and flavorful beef broth. I highly recommend adding bone marrow for an extra layer of depth. The service is excellent as well.
