Platypus Brewing - Houston

I was in town for work and was looking for a good local beer and dinner. This place was perfect! The service was great, the food was delicious, and the IPA was fantastic.

Platypus is the perfect size - not too big but just right, with a nice large shaded patio and convenient parking.

A unique twist on the traditional brew pub experience, this Aussie-style brewery offers a fun atmosphere with a variety of beer flights and delicious food options. One standout dish is the fish and chips, which are perfectly crispy and not soggy - a definite win in my book.
